Karey Pohn is a Neuroleadership Strategist who helps Baker design effective communication programs, taking into account the way our brains are wired and how people learn best. Over the course of her career, Karey has worked with leaders in the field of organizational and personal change including Keilty Goldsmith & Company and Anthony Robbins. She is currently completing an Executive Masters in Neuroleadership. Throughout her work, she has explored both the promise, transformational power and shadow side of play as a tool for change and learning.
Karey holds a Ph.D. in depth psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, a J.D. from University of Colorado-Boulder Law School and B.S. in finance from University of Colorado-Boulder Leeds School of Business. She is a professionally certified coach [PCC] with the International Coach Federation and has extensive training from both NeuroLeadership Group and College of Executive Coaching. Additionally, Karey serves as an adjunct faculty member at Pacifica Graduate Institute and Antioch University teaching research methods.
