Jeff has been helping companies develop corporate social responsibility (CSR), investor relations, and marketing communications materials for over 30 years. He has written more than 100 annual reports and more than 50 CSR reports for companies such as PepsiCo, Allstate, Target, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Microsoft, Southwest Airlines, Coca-Cola, CA Technologies, ArcelorMittal, United Rentals, Etsy, and The Carlyle Group.
Prior to launching his writing consultancy in 1984, Fraga worked as a copywriter for advertising agencies in Honolulu, Los Angeles, and Seattle. He was also Copy Director for Nordstrom, where he led a team of five copywriters and helped establish the tone of the store’s print advertising.
Fraga has a B.A. degree in Communications from the University of Washington and is GRI Certified for sustainability reporting. He lives on an island near Seattle with his wife artist Kathe Fraga, two Havanese dogs, and an African Grey Parrot that can ask the dogs if they want to go outside. In his spare time, he writes 10-minute plays.
