Bill’s branding experience spans more than two decades. His background involves serving at Landor Associates beginning as Senior Designer and concluding as Creative Director. While at Landor, Bill worked on programs including Bacardi, Danone, FedEx, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Microsoft, Motorola, NEC, Smucker’s, Sunkist, Trinchero Winery, United Airlines, University of California, and more. He has continued to serve a diverse range of clients including the Annenberg Foundation, Descartes, Ghirardelli, Intel, John Maxwell, Krusteaz, Microsoft, Park Hyatt, the Roy & Patricia Disney Family Foundation, Seattle Space Needle, Sunpower, Sunnylands, Toyota, World Vision, and more.
Bill was born in San Francisco, is a native Californian, and studied at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. He is also co-author of Branding for Dummies and is currently teaching a course on branding at UC Berkeley, called “Brand Convergence: How Aesthetic and Story Converge to Move People”.
