Santa Monica, CA (April 20, 2005) — In a continuing effort to strengthen its leadership in account services to better support its growing client base, Baker today announced Jill Stephens has been promoted from Director, Interactive Services to Vice President, Client Services, Operations and Interactive.
Jill has over ten years of management and consulting experience serving as client manager, account strategist, and project leader in a variety of areas, including sports marketing, interactive development and corporate and marketing communications. In 2001, Jill moved to Baker, first as a consultant, then as their full-time Director of Interactive Services.
At Baker, Jill has worked with many well-known business brands in a variety of industries, from healthcare, finance and energy... to retail, professional services, and higher education. Her clients at Baker have included WellPoint, Unocal, Sempra Energy, Qualcomm, Cephalon, CKE Restaurants, IndyMac Bank, UCLA, and Earth Tech, among others.
In her new role, Jill will develop and oversee the firm’s “best of breed” management of all studio operations and personnel. Prior to Baker, she was a practice leader at an Internet development company where she gained extensive expertise in interface best practices and project management methodologies. Highly motivated with a proven track record, Jill will continue to run the firm’s interactive services arm. With the addition of her new duties, her efforts will now extend to help the firm achieve strong business results for Baker clients in all of its service areas. Jill is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
